Black Long Island News Brief

February 11, 2020
Archie Snowden, award-winning news journalist and video producer covers stories on people who are making a difference in the community. Men, women, young adults and children who make it their mission to sacrifice their time and, quite often, their personal lives to inspire and empower others.

To EMPOWER someone is to give them the means to achieve something. To make someone stronger and more confident, especially to take control of their life and advocate for himself/herself is powerful.

In these challenging times today, from the opioid epidemic to the national anthem debate, these are your stories that give a voice to the voiceless, to inspire and aspire. The Empower Your Community Network...Empowering Lives EVERYDAY!
