A Noose is a Noose no matter how you portray it!

This is a story that wrote it's self!

Ritch Beatty (of Islip) tuned to facebook today and wrote this in defence of his choice of Halloween decor
"Well now, I absolutely have heard everything... I want to share a story with all of you and I hope that you will share the shit out of this and let people know what is going on with our government post office.... yesterday my mail carrier knocked on my door and told me that my Halloween decorations, including a noose with a skeleton hanging in it is very offensive... I said who is it offensive to... I have kids white black Chinese they will come to my house for candy on Halloween it's part of the decorations !! no one's getting hanged, no one has been hung since the 1800s ....so why do you find it offensive ?? , well needless to say he made a complaint at the post office and the postmaster just came to my house and suspended my mail delivery until I take the decorations down !!!! How ridiculous is this?.... I will however go get my mail everyday because I am not taking down my decorations ...so fuck them. !!"
Well sir you have got my attention and I plan on "Sharing the Sh!t out of your story" ...
Above is a offensive photo of the halloween decoration that was placed by the home owner in front of his home. The other image is the profile picture of  Ritch Beatty!

I understand the lack of sensitivity that people have when it comes to displaying hangman stands in the fronts of their homes. And for the sake of having this conversation piece I thank them. Here are some of the comments

Some feel that this man has a right to hang a noose in his yard. And that its a freedom of speech! Those people are wrong!!!

Court: Hanging noose in yard not protected by 1st Amendment

I know the above ruling was in Virginia, but when was Virginia considered forward thinking?

This story is still developing. Mr Beatty just did a interview with news 12 and I cannot wait to see it. We will keep you posted but if you want to complain here are some people to call!
